Terms and refunds

These terms apply to this website and to the reports sold by JHIZ Commerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1908 Thomes Ave, Ste 12514, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Each of our other products has its own site and its own terms.

What we sell

The reports described on the Reports page, at the price shown there. Payment is made online by card, once, before delivery.

What a report is

A report is information built from public records and read on the date stated in it. Records change, so a report is accurate as of that date. A report is not legal, financial or professional advice.

Refunds

The Nonprofit Standing Check can be refunded in full on request within 7 days of purchase. To ask, write to the email address or call the phone number at the bottom of this page.

The Email Deliverability Check has its own refund terms, shown with that product at checkout.

Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first. We will answer in writing and try to put it right.

Changes

We may update these terms. The terms in effect when you buy are the terms that apply to that purchase.
